1. Free Videos
Free videos are available without any payment and are not eligible for refunds.
2. Paid Videos & Subscriptions
We offer the following paid services:
- Individual Video Purchase (valid for 3 months)
- Individual Subscription (valid for 3 months)
- Institutional Subscription (valid for 3 months)
3. Refunds
All purchases made on our platform are non-refundable once the subscription or video access is activated.
Refunds will only be considered in cases of:
- Duplicate transactions
- Technical errors resulting in failed access
4. Cancellations
Subscriptions cannot be canceled once purchased. If auto-renewal is introduced in the future, you may cancel it before the renewal date.
5. Refund Timeline
Approved refunds (for duplicate or failed transactions) will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method through Cashfree.
